    3. If the certificate is valid and the customer did not write in your business name in the “Payable to” section, please write that in now.
    4. Please write today’s date on the certificate (or date certificate was used).
    5. Make note of how much the customer spent.
        1. NOTE: If customer does not spend entire amount, remaining balance is forfeited.
        2. We recommend issuing a gift card for higher value certificates if needed.
    6. Remit certificate to the Chamber of Commerce by dropping at our office, mailing to 305 Neosho St, Suite A, Burlington, KS 66839, or notifying us that we need to pick up Chamber Bucks at your location. You will receive a reimbursement check from the Chamber of Commerce!

We understand that different business models will need to operate on different timelines. If you need reimbursements on a certain schedule, please let us know. We can reimburse you for multiple certificates on the same check and we can accept your certificates as frequently as works best for you and your business.
